The Royal Ink Group platform — the website you are reading right now — is a showcase of what Uni B Agency builds: a bilingual, multi-subsidiary real estate platform with a secure admin portal, media management, property listings, team management, lead capture, and a full bilingual (EN/FR) public interface. It was built using Laravel 11, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, and MySQL, and is engineered to the same standards Uni B Agency applies across all client engagements.

Uni B Agency Web Security & Data Protection Standards
All platforms built by Uni B Agency — including the Royal Ink Group platform — are developed and deployed according to our documented security framework. The following standards apply to this platform:
1. Data Encryption in Transit
All data transmitted between end users and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (Transport Layer Security). Plain-text HTTP connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS. SSL/TLS certificates are provisioned and auto-renewed via trusted Certificate Authorities.
2. Data Encryption at Rest
Sensitive data stored in our databases — including passwords, 2FA secrets, and session tokens — is encrypted using AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard, 256-bit key). Passwords are additionally hashed using bcrypt with a minimum cost factor of 12, meaning raw passwords are never stored.
3. Authentication & Access Control
All admin accounts on platforms we build are required to enrol in TOTP-based two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, Authy, or compatible app). Role-based access control (RBAC) is enforced at the application layer — each user can only access the areas and data their role permits. Admin sessions auto-expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
4. Secure Data Collection
All public-facing forms implement CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) token validation. Input data is validated and sanitised at both client and server level before any database interaction. SQL injection, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), and mass-assignment vulnerabilities are addressed by default in every project via framework-level protections and code review.
5. Data Minimisation
We implement a data minimisation principle: only the data required to fulfil the stated purpose is collected. Forms do not collect unnecessary personal information. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months and do not contain sensitive personal data beyond IP addresses and session identifiers, which are anonymised after 90 days.
6. Storage & Backup
All user-uploaded media files (property photos, documents) are stored using server-side managed media libraries with access-controlled URLs. Automated database backups are executed daily with a minimum 30-day retention window. Backup files are encrypted and stored in isolated storage buckets separate from the production environment.
7. Security Headers & CSP
All platforms are deployed with security HTTP headers including: X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN, X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin, and a Content Security Policy (CSP) restricting script execution to trusted origins.
8. Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention
All public-facing form endpoints implement rate limiting (maximum 10 requests per minute per IP address) to prevent abuse, spam, and automated attacks. Login endpoints have additional brute-force protection with exponential back-off and account lockout after repeated failures.
9. Third-Party Dependency Management
All third-party packages, libraries, and dependencies used in our builds are sourced from verified repositories (Packagist for PHP, npm for JavaScript). Dependencies are audited for known vulnerabilities at build time and during scheduled review cycles. Security patches are applied within 48 hours of critical CVE disclosures affecting our stack.
10. Incident Response
In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting a platform we manage, Uni B Agency will notify the platform owner within 24 hours of discovery. Our incident response procedure includes: immediate containment, root-cause analysis, remediation, and a post-incident security report. Where required by applicable law, end users affected by the breach will be notified by the platform owner.
