With a strong understanding of ecological sanitation technologies, he specializes in the installation, maintenance, and technical support of Biofil systems, helping clients adopt environmentally responsible and cost-effective waste management solutions. Pasquin Makazeh Ngochia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Ink Group, a diversified holding company headquartered in Cameroon, offering an integrated suite of services spanning property management, real estate consultancy, and investment advisory. Born with an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision for a better Africa, Pasquin built years of distinguished experience in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets — Dubai, UAE. His career spans every dimension of the industry, from property management and leasing to secondary market transactions and off-plan investment advisory, establishing him as a trusted authority among investors and high-net-worth clients across the region. Today, Pasquin returns home to Cameroon with a bold mission: to bring world-class real estate standards, international expertise, and proven best practices to the Cameroonian property market. Through Royal Ink Group, he is transforming how real estate is managed, sold, and experienced in Cameroon raising the bar for professionalism, transparency, and client service while creating meaningful employment opportunities and economic value for Cameroonians. Her strong advocacy skills and commitment to justice have earned her recognition as a trusted legal professional and leader. Beyond her legal accomplishments, Derine has extensive experience in the Dubai property market, where she worked as a Client Success Partner, supporting investors, property owners, landlords, and tenants while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Demgne Kamdem Syntyche is a dynamic professional with a strong background in technology, design, project coordination, and team leadership. With expertise in managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and driving operational excellence, she brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, innovation, and people management to Royal Ink Group Ltd. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Software Engineering from the University of Bamenda, Syntyche has built a career centered on delivering impactful solutions through effective collaboration, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her professional journey, she has successfully led teams, coordinated projects, supervised interns and volunteers, and worked closely with developers, business analysts, quality assurance teams, and organizational stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. As Operations Manager at Royal Ink Group Ltd, Syntyche oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination across all subsidiaries and departments. She is responsible for optimizing processes, supporting strategic execution, managing teams, and maintaining operational standards that drive productivity, growth, and exceptional service delivery.
